Cooking for many people is a very stressful activity, for me it is relaxing and a way for me to get away from all of the stressful things about my life. My favorite thing to cook is chocolate chip cookies. The recipe is so simple and easy, and they always turn out great! A lot of people love chocolate cookies and enjoy making them during the holidays, but I always say that my cookies are better because they are made with lots of love!

Growing up I would always help my mom in the kitchen during the holidays. For Christmas when I was in elementary school we would always bake my teachers a little basket of goodies. Normally we would put in a little pumpkin bread, some thumbprint cookies, and even chocolate chips! Now every time I cook I am always reminded of my times with my mom and the times that we spent in the kitchen together.
